Serenity Transfer provides professional body transfer and storage services throughout British Columbia to funeral homes, health authorities, government agencies, and other authorized partners. Operational services are provided under separate agreements with those partners and are not offered directly through this website.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful, informational, and authorized business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, portals, or any data contained within them.
• Interfere with the operation of the website or introduce malicious code.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or harvest content without our express written permission.

3. Client and Staff Portals

Access to our Client Portal and Staff Portal, when available, is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

Our Aptitude Assessment and any related forms are provided for the purpose of evaluating candidates for employment. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate. Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment.

Our total liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

This limitation does not apply to services provided under separate written agreements with our operational partners, which are governed by the terms of those agreements.
